1. License Grant
By purchasing this digital product from SHIKSHAHUB.IN, the customer (“Licensee”) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Digital Product in personal or commercial projects.
Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with SHIKSHAHUB.IN (“Licensor”).
2. Permitted Uses
- Buyer is allowed to use our digital product in their own YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram content, including monetized videos or posts.
- The product may be used for personal projects or social media content where the buyer is the direct owner or creator of the channel/account.
- Modify or edit the characters as needed for integration into creative works.
3. Prohibited Uses
- You cannot use our product in any client project, freelance service, or third-party commercial work.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, share, or repackage our product in any way.
- You cannot claim ownership or copyright of our product or any part of it.
4. Ownership and Copyright
All rights, titles, and interests in the All Digital Assets remain the exclusive property of SHIKSHAHUB.IN.
This license provides usage rights only, not ownership of the product.
5. Updates and Support
After purchasing any digital product, support will be provided only until the file is received, after that no technical support, updates, or revisions are included with this lifetime license.
6. Refund Policy
All sales on SHIKSHAHUB.IN are final and non-refundable, as digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability
SHIKSHAHUB.IN shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use this product.
8. Termination

9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi/Jharkhand.
